On Wednesday I provided cupcakes for Dr. Brownlie's open house in LaGrange,IL. Lots of my friends from Catnap were there. We had free chair massages, information on natural house cleaning products and hypnosis for quitting smoking . Dr. Brownlie provided the cocktails and an extensive buffet. I provided Pumpkin Cupcakes with Brown Butter or Maple Frosting, Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon frosting filled with Lemon Curd , Chocolate cupcakes topped with Coconut frosting and a homemade mini coconut Macaroon topped with Chocolate, Chocolate cupcakes with Malt Frosting topped with a Malt Ball and Dark Chocolate Cupcakes topped with Peanut butter Frosting topped with a mini Peanut butter Cup. The Pumpkin Cupcakes have been very popular in the last few weeks with lots of people requesting them for a tasty addition to their Thanksgiving Feast !!
